Trustbase Lab for AI AgentsAgent-Ready v1.16.2

Trustbase Lab is open, machine-readable data infrastructure covering six domains — recovered materials, carbon accounting, energy, computing, health and telecom standards. Every record carries a stable entity ID, fields are bilingual, and the full schema is public. Our MCP server is live on the official MCP Registry under com.trustbaselab/rcb-data. Data is free to use; please cite the source.

0. What we cover — six domains, one methodology

Same rules in every domain: a stable entity ID per record, a confidence tier (A/B/C), a first-hand source, and a public schema. Recovered materials is fully built out; the other five are live and expanding.

Currently exposed through MCP: the recovered-materials dataset (59 tools). Other domains are published as pages and structured files first; the tool surface follows once a domain has real content.

1. Quick Start — three lines

No API key, no signup, no OAuth. POST JSON-RPC 2.0 to the public MCP endpoint. Default response language is English.

2. Connection modes

A · Public HTTPS endpoint recommended

Any MCP client that supports Streamable HTTP can connect directly to https://trustbaselab.com/mcp. No local server required — send JSON-RPC and call all 59 tools.

B · MCP Official Registry new

Listed on the official registry as com.trustbaselab/rcb-data (status: active). Clients with Registry discovery can search by name and install in one click. Domain ownership verified via HTTP /.well-known.

C · Local stdio

For Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline and other local agents. Zero third-party dependencies (Python standard library only). The script auto-fetches fresh data from this site's public endpoint on each call.

D · Direct JSON endpoints

Any agent, crawler or script can GET the JSON endpoints below — no MCP support needed.

E · Add inside your AI assistant no developer setup

Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can add a remote MCP server by URL — no config file, no local install, no API key. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste https://trustbaselab.com/mcp, enable it for the conversation. Recommended for non-developers.

3. Client setup — pick yours

No API key. No signup. No OAuth. The endpoint is public, read-only and CORS-open. Any client that speaks MCP streamable-http works — the five below are the ones we test against.

6. Entity IDs & confidence

Every company record carries a stable entity ID. New records only append — existing IDs are never changed — so long-term citations stay valid.

Confidence levels: A = verified against government documents / official announcements; B = company self-disclosure / authoritative media; C = unverified / disputed. When citing, keep the confidence label attached — do not treat B/C-grade data as conclusions.
Verified Supplier: public.verified=true ⟺ sourced.confidence=A. Currently 59 / 131 companies verified; 456 / 6,455 records carry A-grade confidence across the full dataset.
