Usage Board

Calls and visits metered since launch. The service is free, key-less and unmetered in price — yet every call and crawl is recorded: metering is what answers who uses it, how much, and whether it is growing.

① Headline figures

A "call" is one logical tool call from the server-side call log. "Independent callers" are deduplicated by salted hash — no raw address is involved.

③ Most-called tools

Top 10 over the whole period, counting only the 59 published tools. A further 124 calls hit non-tool probe names (external scanners probing for tools that do not exist) and are excluded from coverage.

④ Visitor types

Classified by User-Agent over the whole request surface (incl. static assets). Our own availability monitoring and in-house test traffic fall under "Unclassified" — in-house requests total 23,972.

⑤ Most-cited records

A citation event means a caller used a specific record from a result (attributed by record ID). Each is verifiable at /record/<id>/.

⑥ Method and transparency

We record calls and visits to measure and improve this service. We do not record the body of your queries, and we record nothing that identifies an individual. IP addresses participate only as a salted hash, used for deduplication — raw addresses are neither stored nor shown.

⑦ Classification rules & definitions

This section discloses how every classification and coverage figure on this page is computed. The rules apply at the aggregation/presentation layer only; the recording pipeline is unaffected.

How are the four visitor classes (agent_class) decided? Solely by substring matching of the self-reported User-Agent, first match wins: ai_agent — known AI clients / AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, MCP directories and probes); search_crawler — mainstream search-engine crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, Baiduspider, etc.); unknown — generic programmatic markers (bot / spider / crawler / headless) or anything unclassifiable; human — mainstream browser markers (Mozilla / Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge). The rule is deliberately conservative: uncertain traffic stays "unclassified" rather than being guessed.
Why is "unclassified" half of everything? In total 157,092 unknown requests (53.5% of web requests), composed as follows:
Source (aggregate)RequestsOf unknown
Other programmatic traffic49,95231.8%
Third-party MCP directories / monitors25,74616.4%
